Algemene Bouwplaatskosten model 2023 - Update van 2018, geïntegreerd model
De werkgroep Model ABK 2023, samengesteld uit leden van de NVBK, Bouwend Nederland en Techniek Nederland, presenteert het nieuwe model ABK. Onder ABK vallen de kosten van voorzieningen, productiemiddelen en arbeid die in het project worden gebruikt, maar niet direct aan onderdelen van het bouwproject kunnen worden toegerekend. Wat is er veranderd ten opzichte van 2018? De technieksector is geïntrigeerd en het nieuwe model houdt nog meer rekening met de gangbare praktijk.
Nicole van Kuijk, lid van de werkgroep 2018 en 2023, begon haar carrière als bouwkostenadviseur met het schrijven van haar scriptie over Algemene Bouwkosten. Haar scriptie en aansluitende publicatie hierover trok de aandacht, waardoor de basis werd gelegd voor haar deelname aan deze werkgroep.
